Football apparel question

Does anyone know the name of or where to find the large cape like thing that NFL players wear on the sidelines over their pads to keep warm?

My boss is a former college ball player and wants to buy them for his school team. He has left it up to me to research them and I am stumped.

I can find football capes, but he wants the ones the pros use.
