As the old cooks would say, if there's no fat, there's no flavor. Sad but true. Oh well, damn the arteries, full speed ahead!
 
Back during the beginning of the Atkins craze, Pork Rinds were marketed (in South Carolina, anyway) as a low carb snack alternative.
 
I gained 40 lbs on the atkins diet, had to eat 4-5 bags of pork rinds every day to feel full.:barf:
