We are preparing for Hanna's Holiday Workshop fundraiser. The event will take place Saturday December 7, 2013 at Charlestons' Restaurant in New Lenox from 12-5pm. There will be vendors, crafts for sale, and Santa! Please contact Hanna's Hope to donate items for raffle, or sponsor a vendor booth. Join us for a fun-filled event! - See more at: http://www.youcaring.com/medical-fundraiser/hanna-s-hope/26336#sthash.dI7IFHbV.dpuf

I will have Erica check it out, if all works out maybe we can attend. Will you have any knives there for sale John? or just crafts etc?

Sorry to say I won't be in the area & I'm too broke to pay attention anyways.

I do hope they have a fruitful fundraiser for Hanna's Hope.:crossfingers:

I will not be able to make it up - but I hope you have a great turnout!

No, we are basically trying to get businesses to donate services or goods to raffle off. Not doing too great so far.

Contact the manager of your local Sam's Club. Take a letter showing the event and what/who will benefit -

Each store has a budget for donations. FYI -

We have had some great donations for this, sporting event tickets, fishing gear, a two night stay at a fancy hotel in Chicago, an ipad, baked goods, gift baskets, and lots more. We even have Santa coming by for the kids. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by!

That sounds like quite an event. I hope you raise TONS of money!

Jeff

We have been very busy this week, calling businesses for things to raffle, then if they are interested in donating, we go to them to pick thing up. This is shaping up very nicely, should be a good tomorrow!

I will be there from about 10 (to set up) until around 6, so if anyone tries to contact me, I will get back to them later. It looks like B JACKSON, and gradall5200 will be there with there families, looking forward to seeing them. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there along with the Sweet Frogs for the kids. Should be a good day!

It seemed to go well today, lots of people showed up, and tons of stuff was raffled off. Thanks to Brad and Joel, and their families for coming out in this bitter cold. Good to see Brad again, and to finally meet Joel after 10 years of pm`s and emails.

Thanks for the event! My Granddaughter had a great time and so did Cindy & myself. We even won a raffle prize! Hanna was looking great. as was Evan! Lots of adorable kids there.

Just a few of the raffle baskets
