Joe I have a Buck 560, that I want to sent in, but was not sure if it could be repaired without switching the blade. The problem is when I cut something with a little bit of force the blade pushes the lock bar back here is a pic of the lock bar in normal position http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=3/8608363333.jpg&s=x11
and here is the lock bar with a little pressure http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=3/8608391930.jpg&s=x11

While looking at the knife it seems to look as if the titanium handles split a part at the blade. It also made a popping noise when the blade is being closed about 2/3 of the way shut, when I washed and oiled it the noise stopped but the gap is still there. Would this be a problem to send in for repair since this knife is no longer made? Also another member of the forum said that I should send my 110 in because of this video http://media.putfile.com/MOV0007689 The forum member said it may be dangerous, so I thought I would run it by you. I have had no problem with the knife and I like the fact it can be opened like this, but if it is dangerous I would like to get it repaired. Thanks John
