Well guys, with your help and after giving it some more thought so that I don't make a hasty decision, I've got my first Spyderco.
This little thing came in 2 days ago, and I know I'm a bit slow but it's been way too fun looking for what needs to be cut. And it pretty much goes trough everything like a blowtorch trough butter.

So while it's the first Spyderco I own, it definitely isn't gonna be the last.
Here are some of the unboxing pics. And yes, my fiance had to take a pic with it.

If this is a sign of things to come, after a year or so of marriage.
Be careful how you treat her :p

Great choice for a first Spyderco. The Sage is on my list of must-gets.

Well that is my knife. And there are 2 good things about it - 1st she's not handy with knives, 2nd she's afraid of liner locks. So all I have to worry about is blunt fore trauma

i think you made a good choice. the sages are really ergonomic. now you just need a sage 2, and eventually a sage 3....:foot: ;)

Very pretty lady (You can tell her that we approve. LOL.) The knife is okay, too. Nothing like a sharp wife (to be) with a sharp knife.
