What started as a desire to buy a quality blade to use in martial-arts practice has turned into a collection. That said, I'm going to start treating my growing pile of "Nepali steel handicrafts" like one. Among other things, that means deaccessioning the pieces that don't "speak" to me. So...
For sale - 1 18" Gelbu Special by Bura. At 20oz., it's probably the fastest 18" khuk I've handled. Handle and bolster are typical Bura. The scabbard is one of the best efforts I've seen. It holds the khuk and the tools very securely. There are a couple of very small waves in the blade that Bura tried to sharpen out. Nothing major. It's cut nothing but air.
