I stockpiled a large number of Spyderco Ed Schempp Persian just before they were discontinued, because I intended to use them for custom projects, but recently I've noticed my knife useage shifting, and I find myself not using my Persian anywhere near as much as it deserves.
Two of these are NIB, and are the later version with the Gold Spyder on them. Neither have any quality control issues that I can see. Both have no detectable blade play when opened(though there is some when closed, but this is quite common on Persian. All of the ones I've handled have had this). Action is stiff, but this is also common on Persians, and once broken in, will be quite smooth. These have never been carried, nor cut anything except arm hair to test sharpness. The boxes have some wear though. $80 each Both Sold Pending Funds
The other Persian has a custom left handed clip. I had this one converted while I was waiting for my Ironwood Persian to be finished, and once I got the Ironwood, this one hasn't been in my pocket since. It has been carried, sharpened, and used. Blade needs a sharpening, and I will do so before I ship, but I am definitely not very good at sharpening at all, so don't expect the Spyderco factory edge, I'm lucky if it still shaves hair
This one is well broken in, and glassy smooth. A perfect example how smooth the Persian can be$65 Sold Pending Funds
Here are some pictures of the Lefty Persian:
