For Sale by Individuals Question?

Is it a normal practice in this Forum's Knife Exchange For Sale by Individuals for sellers to accept an offer and have buyer be ready to send funds while they try to get addy but do not hear back until 4 hours later and then told that they decided to keep item? Just asking.

No, that’s not normal at all. Sometimes, people list things for sale and for whatever reason, decide to cancel the sale. But it doesn’t happen very much.

Not typical but it happens. Whatever people have for sale is theirs to do with as they please until money changes hands. That’s the point where it isn’t “theirs” anymore.
