My latest... A 9" C-tip chef knife. 3 bar composite blade, two explosion bars of 15n20/1080 steels with a solid CruForgeV edge. Handle in two tones of box elder over blue G10 frame. 6.65 oz. total, with max spine thickness of .085", and 13.25" overall length. Modified S grind bevels for food release, zero at edge before sharpening.
