*9 cm. Fontenille Pataud Walnut Burl Lockback Laguiole; walnut handles, traditional shepherd's cross inlayed, blade is 12C27 swedish stainless steel.

*11 cm. Fontenille Pataud Juniper Burl Laguiole; junniper burl (very fragrant), traditional shepherd's cross inlayed, blade is XC75 carbon steel. Pouch and papers that it came with as well. Strong snap opening and closing. Easily pinch it open. Watch your fingers when closing!
