For Sale forum categories?

I was one who thought splitting the categories in the for sale forum would be a good idea . . . I hate to be fickle, but now I do not think it is so great!
It seems to take forever to graze the threads to see what is out there . . . especially the dealer section. Would it be possible to set the forum so that when one is posting in the for sale forum there would be an option in the thread to click on the type of knife so that if a viewer chooses they can perform a search for certain types of knives, such as production folders, but that the knives are all viewed together by default? Several other classified forums on the net with less sophisticated software seem to have their products viewed as a whole by default and then have a pull down menu in case someone wants to filter the results by a particular option.
I, for one, really miss being able to look at everything that is on the boards at any given time! Any help would be appreciated!!

No, there isn't. Sorry. Hopefully people will be proactive and post in the correct forum to begin with.

This method should help reduce the number of BTTT messages as well.

I, too, find the forum-hopping amidst the Sales forums kinda tedious. Perhaps we could get rid of the Production/Custom distinction, and simply divide each of the Sales forums into "Fixeds" and "Folders"? That, and the new Premium Membership sign-up, should sufficiently keep the number of posts in each forum from going overboard ...
