This is the large Grohmann survival knife. The picture below is the same model but not the knife. It has not been used and is in excellent condition. However, the sheath has a small cut on the retaining strap that is cosmetic with no impact to function. The lanyard is leather and there is no box (I'm still looking).
This is an awesome knife usually running in the $80-$90's. I really like this knife, but it doesn't get used as others that I have worn for years are hard to part with.
