For sale post Awaiting approval?

I posted a for sale thread on traditionals and after 15 mins it still says awaiting approval before public display. Is there something that i need to do for this to be posted? Ive never had this happen to me. I waited two weeks to repost items and consolidated my threads into 1 so im not sure if i broke a rule or something. Are any mods able to see whats going on here? Thanks for the consideration

The same thing is happening again, unable to edit or it goes into limbo. Its been pending approval for an hour and a half now. I have a sale going through also atm so its affecting trust now. If this can be manually fixed id appreciate it

Once the spam filters ID a post as questionable, a super mod must review it. There are only four of us. We are volunteers who have many other things in our lives going on. As a result, there is not always a super moderator on line. As soon as a super logs in, any posts requiring review are reviewed. But the post will have to wait for a super.

I gotcha. Im not trying to be a pain, ive never come across this issue so i didnt know it needed a supermod to address it, i know you guys are busy doing other things sometimes so i dont wanna come across as ungrateful. Thanks again
