For Sale Posting

I am a long time member; currently a paid up Platinum member but I cannot post in the Customs For Sale By Individuals......granted I haven't posted in a while, nevertheless when I go to the For Sale forum there is no box for me to click so I can create a new FS post.....Please help....I've gotten one response when I tried to contact the moderators which suggested I update/change my user groups to gain permission to post.....There is no such opportunity in my control panel.....

Apparently you paid by paypal or your payment didn't go thru?
Either way, you'll need to provide your order number and the admin will need to look into it to manually update you.
