For Sale: Spyderco C44P&S, Large Micarta Dyad

Some sharp-eyed viewers may be saying “Hey, didn’t I see this up for trade at Bladeforums a little while ago?” Well, yes, you did. I traded it off forum to a friend of mine. He had it for a week, decided it wasn’t right for him and so we traded back. Here’s the exact description of the knife as I had it listed before.
“I'd rate it 96-98%, excellent condition. There are some small spots on the clip and clip screws where the black finish is rubbed off, so it's been carried a bit. The plain edge blade may have been used a little since the edge isn't the usual factory sharp, but I don't think it was much, if at all. Walk & talk and lockup are excellent. Also, I did not get a box with it, original or otherwise, but I will send the knife in a black Bill’s custom case.”
In case anyone needs the specs: Handles are black micarta. Both blades are ATS 55 steel. The PE blade is 3.5” from tip to scale, the SE blade is about 3.75” from tip to scale. Closed length is a touch over 4.5”.
Now, my friend said he carried it a few times and opened a few packages with it, though the knife looks exactly the same as pictured below before he took possession of it. Still, in consideration of this use I’m taking something off the price. It’s yours for $125 shipped.
