For the car knuts in your group.

Boy!!! Looking at that I started to think about all the old cars.:jerkit::mad: I still can't remember why I got rid of my 1965 Cuda. It had the 273 CI with the "S" package, 4 speed with that BIG OLE back window. Damn, I wish I had just one of the car that I smash or blew up.:(
What car that you, had that you wish you had it now??????
I can think about 6 or 7 that I had.

I have a 1969 Chevelle SS with less than 44K miles on it....... A very wild ride!

I enjoy todays technologies. When I built my computer, I went at it through the eyes of a 60's gear head. Big cpu, lots of memory and a nice graphics card. The fan that cools that big cpu, looks just like the taillight assembly from a 53 ford coupe. You can see it changing colors through the clear plastic side panel of the computer, Cool!
If you have never been in the drivers seat of a big block muscle car, when the light turns green, cooler still, there is something missing in your life.
It is a feeling like no other, to a gear head anyway.:D

Thanks for the link. I put this in my bookmarks, Fred

After 30 years of car related diseases, the only cure I could find was becomming a 'knifeaholic'. I'm still not sure which is worse but I can keep more knives than cars!! :D:D

Wow,

Does that bring back some memories? I really loved those muscle car days. I was mostly a Mopar guy but I had a 57 2 door Chevy wagon which I put in a beefed up 283, very cool car, this was not a Nomad, but it was available and me and a friend had the cash for the car and a motor in the garage already, so why not :D?

Had several Mopars, 67 GTX with a 440 CID put a crane cam, Holley 780, match CC'ed port and polished heads, headers, Accel Ignition, but I left in the 3.23 to 1 gears cause I really really used to like to go very fast , a 68 Charger with a 383 CID, cracked that one up. My dad used to have a 63 Plymouth Belvedere rag top with a 318 CID, red with a white interior, juke box shifter on the steering wheel, also Dad was the one who bought the GTX new, he liked to go really really fast also , ah yes those were the days.

When I started driving Sonoco 260 was about 37.9 cents, now I really wish those days were back :grumpy:.

Scott, thanks for sharing that one, it really does bring back some high energy memories
