I just found these at Lowes, Kobalt-branded replacement utility knife blades. A little over $5 for a 10 pack. These normal thickness blades, about .023" thick, and are typical standardized trapezoid pattern. Appears to be some kind of carbon steel.
Notice these blades are serrated in a pattern that is unusual for many knives, in that they lack defined points between the serrations. The flat edges have a small secondary bevel. The serrations are a slightly more acute single bevel. Still, it allows for a fairly easy cutting comparison between edge types, as plain edge blades from a variety of brands (including Kobalt, which I believe is Lowes' house brand) are widely and inexpensively available.
