Hey..to all you guys who went to supper during Blade...

Did anybody have any drinks or munchies purchased by Justice Custom Knives?

I am Justice Custom Knives...

most know me as Shane...

I promised a round of drinks for the HI crew last year...but I didn't deliver.

This year somebody asked me about it...I realized I had not made good on a promise...so I sent money for you guys to drink on or get some treats...It wasn't much...but it was all I had for a shop budget for the month of June.

I'd hoped it would make up for my missing last year...

But I never heard if it actually happened...

It is important that you guys know me as a man of integrity...

If it didn't happen...I need to follow up...and I guess carry the debt until next year...

Anybody hear anything about it?

but thanks for thinking of it the jesture is as good ( well maybe it don't taste as good) so next year its two drinks!

Yeah, sounds like 2 rounds next year. :D :D


Plus, I promised Spectre the first 2 rounds next time we meet up again ... if this happens to be at Blade, then it sounds like we have the makings for a good night.

Beers with interest! I guess the interest rate ain't bad...

I'll have to see if I am able to make Atlanta next year.

We have a baby due in November so my chances are slim and none to have knives finished in time...but if we bump into each other...2 beers it is...

Guys... I wish I had a webpage. I put my money in shop stuff and testing.
Marketing is the last thing I spend money on. Quality first.

Sorry, maybe I would have been more successful if I had done it the other way around.

As it is...I am just trying to tie up loose ends before I close the doors.

Did ANYBODY get a beer on me this year?

The fault it not Shane's, it's all mine.

Shane sent me a check, I cashed it and brought it with me to Fogo's. The atmosphere was intense and in the hub-bub I failed to mention the free round of drinks on Shane. Forgot completely about it until the tab came....:eek:....so I tossed the extra in the pile to make up the "slack" we had.

My apologies to all. A return check is already in the mail to you Shane - you deserve a fair chance to "buy a round" for the guys.

Do you have a website, and what types of knives to you specialize in? Also, thanks for the gesture, but if you're going to do it next time we expect you to be there in person.:)

Several things were missed in the joy of meeting new and old friends among good food and sharp blades. I had wished to raise a glass to Uncle Bill and offer strength and good times to Yangdu. I'm sorry to say I forgot till I was on the flight home remembering the highlights of the week-end. :grumpy:

Again thanks for the gesture and no one doubts your integrity.

Spectre, Roadrunner, and I raised glasses to Uncle Bill on Saturday night.

In some ways you could call the entire weekend a raised glass to UB.

Although..by the time I make Atlanta again...I'll prolly have to park a beer truck in front of the Waverly to pay all my promises for free beers!
