Us who live is NYS are used to downstate always have someone sign for the hearing impared with the mayor. Nice gesture really. Well apparently he got and new translator and she is awesome. Name is Lydia Callis, educated at RIT up here in upstate (gods country) and she is really animated. Actually makes listening to Blumburg a whole lot more entertaining. Like when my kids would watch Sponge Bob with the volume down at the radio blasting top 40 hits.
