I made a thread a few days ago showing a display case that I had made. The thread was soon after removed and a notification sent to me stating that it had been moved to a different forum as it required a Craftsman membership. And ofc when I click on the link I get the "Oops we ran into some problems" message and can't even access it. This is complete and utter BS imo. There was nothing malicious about the post and if you think that I was posting it for monetary gains then you are mistaken. I simply asked for opinions on whether people thought it would be marketable or not. Show me where I placed a price on it anywhere please and your reason for removal of my post will be viable. Otherwise it will truly look like this is nothing more than a money-grabbing tactic on your part.

DIY Display case ideas and holders

Hi all. I’ve recently been making display cases for my knives and thought that I would share my ideas with you. Hopefully it will help those who wish to build their own. The part that I struggled with the most was the holders…. I rolled over in my mind about 6 different ways to secure the knives...

One issue I see is your comment about possibly trading cabinets for knives. You didn't offer them for sale, or mention any dollar figure; but stating/suggesting/offering to make an item in that manner does run afoul of the rules.
