It's nice to hear someone sing that who can actually do a good job of it. Let alone four of them! Every year around here they get some local girl to sing it on July 4th for fireworks and most of the time they just mumble through. And hitting that high note on "free?" Foget it, I rarely hear it done so well. Admittedly it's a really hard song to sing, I sure couldn't do it.
 
I'll have to share this with my daughter, she's 10 and will flip!

After a military career, 15 years of which were overseas, the raising of the United States flag during reveille, the lowering of it during retreat, and especially the playing of the "Star Spangled Banner", have a very special meaning to me. Thanks for sharing.
