A forumite sent me 4 of these goloks during the summer and told me to do one up for Yvsa. Its taken a long time, but here she is along with two other handles I did today.

The remaining 3 goloks will get a similar treatment, then get shipped off to Steve to sell for Ram.

Well, Andy, you've assured MY place in the next Ram raffle. I really want one of those.

When is the next raffle?? I'll try to get them done by then. Though... I can't imagine choosing my stuff over a Kami's...:o

Well Andy...

Craftsman in America aren't actually floating in money either!

You are one of us, and deserve a great deal of consideration for that reason, as well as the beauty and quality your work.

:)

Thanks Tom. Its really nice to have found my passion. I'll never get rich doing it, that doesn't bother me at all. I finally found work I love.

Andy, those are fantastic! Lucky Yvsa, and lucky whomever wins them in the raffle:) Man, this place is just thick with good guys.:D:thumbup:

Fiddleback I scrolled through some of your projects and thought I recognized some of the sheathes for Dicks' knives that he left like the WWII Cattaraugus's and some of the others as well. Is that a true assesment. If so I have some ideas for their friends such as a Ranger and possibly a villager. Did you make any of his other knives.

Ryan,

I don't think Dick ever got one of my knives. He bought a bunch of sheaths though. He was the first person to convince me that my stuff was good enough to sell. We became very good friends.

Good to know. i would be interested to know what could be done for the Ranger and the Villiager, maybe kydex.

he left several that i never knew the stories to. i also have one that is a tiny anza that has a kydex sheathe that clips to the front of the pocket.

he spoke of you highly
