Anyone know of or have a sheath that may fit the Forager Knife?

5/32 steel, 5" handle, 6.25" blade

I have some hunting trips scheduled in a month and don't have time to send it away until after the trip.

Thanks!!

I sent my WA Surls Arowana to Mark Condos for a custom sheath and had it back in 2 weeks. I'm sure there are other leather artist that could turn it around in less than a month as well.

Yeah, this model is new enough that I am pretty sure none of the sheath guys have one in house, and just sorting the sheath design could take them a minute with the dynamic blade geometry of the Forager.

If you're willing to offer up your knife as a model, we could definitely get you a sheath. We've been working with Jason at Dimoedes to make several lines of sheaths for us and people old the forums here have been offering up knives for modeling so ensure the best fit on the various sheath lines. If that interest you, let us know and we'd get you a great sheath.

Whomever he is talking about must be a great guy!

Given the cutlass style blade on this - there are a few ways to go for a sheath - but we can certainly give it our best and come up with something you like.

The guy we work with at Diomedes is great - even though he can be a total [awesome person] to work with sometimes... :)

Diomedes and Fiddleback Outpost = good choice. Don't just get a sheath that fits. Get ones made specifically for that knife. The forager is a stunning knife and deserves a 100% custom sheath.

I just made a pattern over the weekend at Track Rock and will try to get a prototype put together for photos tomorrow. Will be available through PM's, direct email or web site: rlocustomleather.com
