Forbidden

I keep getting this message in the Makers and Exchange for sale sections. Sometimes its worse than others. Is it a lag or delay built in or is there some other problem?

Thanx for your attention on this matter.

Heres the message I get:

Clear your cookies and see if that helps. sometimes they go bad and mess with things.

This same problem has happened twice to me so far during this past week.

Nothing changed my end, its just happening on and off when I go from a post back to the sub-forum where it has been posted.

Last occurred when I went from a reading a new post in the HI Cantina here:

back to the Cantina itself.

Any ideas folks on why?
