Forced patina on a kukri knife

Just thought I'd post some images of one of my kukri knives after I did a forced vinegar patina with apple cider vinegar, and white vinegar. I used the paper towel method and really like the results. I didn't want a boring, flat, dark look, and I'm amazed at how intricate the patina patterns on the blade are. The kukri is a Madras Arsenal "Hamilton" kukri with a 13in blade.

i like that - it does look more natural than some of the forced patinas
