Hey Hog Brethren,
So since these two coatings are fairly new it is super dooper difficult to find this anywhere else, I thought I would do something about it. I figured I would help all of you O2W2 purchasers have a better idea of at least what two of the new colors look like in as accurately portrayed of a sunset photo as possible. I am also loading it to BF so the internet doesn't get PB'ed again. Anyone who has other colors to compare, please feel free to add them and we can make this a coating color reference thread as well as rename it as such. Obsolete color coatings are cool for comparison so newer piglets can get a better idea what they are looking at too.

Thank ya much for the pic's. I really like the blue. Is the forest green is closer to the old moss?

No problem. I like the blue too. The forest green is more of a crinkle with shine like the last batches of tanker gray and the garth edition bronze. So is the blue, but not quite as shiny.
 
Glad to see the pics, thanks. I got a midnight blue Dog Soldier that I'm waiting on.
 
The first picture has me thinking that midnight blue with red/black g10 might be an attractive color scheme.
 
Can't wait for my dog soldier knife. It was this thread with the pictures that convinced me to get midnight blue, so thank you for posting it! :)
 
Thanks for the photo's and info. My soon to be arriving TGA2 is Blue with Black & Blue G10. My second choice would be green with Black & Green G10. Should got 'em both...;-)

Some great picture taking ! They are actually pretty colors .. the only thing that would help make them look nicer is apply your stripetition to em :D
 
the moss green's texture looks like the hammered silver. The forest green looks alot nicer in comparison... might change a tga2 order around :-x
