Shes Almost finished :) . all I need now is refactory and doors along with some legs to hold it up. I have a few questions about the burner First of all I used the Rupert Wenig mini mongo burner design. Around here where I live its hard to find black pipe that is not sch.80 and 20$ for a 12" nipple. So I had to use 1"x12"w.o.g. insted of 1.25". To me the flame has a little orange streaks in it. Is it possable that this is the zinc burning off the flare :confused: ?Or is it that I have too much air?Please help this newbie. :D :D

Take that thing to a shop that will blast the coating off for you. You dont want to get poisoned from a hobbie if you can avoid it. Looks like it's working great other than being deadly.

I was thinking about making a flare in the castable refactory that im lining the forge with will this work the same as a metal one? :confused:
