So getting my forge together and doing a test run before I line the forge to make sure it all runs right. I am getting a bit of back pressure causing small flames to come out of the front burner and the burners are getting pretty hot while running. A few links below of video of it running and the flaming out of the first burner mounting hole. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Holy Cow! please put some refractory like satanite over that wool lining.
It sounds like you burners aren't right, and maybe the pressure is too high ( or too low).
The end of the burners should be in a clear refractory lined cone through the wool and the ends should be just a bit shy of the chamber.

Before you do anything more - LINE THAT FORGE WITH REFRACTORY!

Thank you Stacy. I think I got the back pressure and hot burners sorted out. Yes, it will be lined shortly I just put everything together to makes sure it was running right before I lined it with refractory. Don’t worry I was wearing a respirator while doing the test :)
