i built my own burners. I have a 18”L 6”w I.D. Forge. My burners are using 8” 3/4 black pipe with 3/4 tees on top and 0.25 mig tips. 2 of the 3 are doing great. I am using 1 1/2” flares on the ends. The 2 that are doing well have 2-3” of light blue flame resembling an acytalne torch. The 3rd kind of spits and sputters. I’m wondering if I maybe don’t have the mig tip off center. Or if maybe that one is getting too much air. I have about 6” of blue fire coming out of the end. The back side is blocked off with firebricks, but it is a pass thru. I can’t figure out how to upload a video from my phone of I would show you, if someone can help me there I can show you exactly what the problem is.
