Forge leading tubes for the burners are getting hot

Hello to everyone. I run my forge the other night and it worked ok, except that it seems that the heat is coming out between the liner tubes and the inserted burner's nozzle, so the heat is getting to those tubes that are sticking from the forge and from there the heat crawls to the outside metal shell of the forge. The flames are not striking out, but the heat is there and is causing the above. How can this be solved? Thank you in advance – Michael.
(Pls find pic. Enclosed; the arrows show where the heat is coming out).

Yep, you need to block airflow between the inlet tube and the burner tube at the back and force it to take all the air in through the burner tube itself. Venturi burners are basically air-cooled by the venturi effect of the burner itself, which keeps all the heat in the tube moving towards the forge chamber. The setup you have allows this heat to exhaust around the burner tube and out the end of the inlet, allowing it to flow the wrong way.
