This was a custom order with a horse shoe shaped lanyard and decorated rawhide covered sheath

Here are two of them that were ordered at the same time

A small dagger with giraffe bone

Camp Hatchet from 80CRV2 or known as L2 - its similar to 5160 but has a better holding edge
