Forged, Scandinavian knife?

I posted here because I would consider a Puukko a rather traditional knife. So who makes a forged, good quality Scandinavian knife? Particularly from Finland, but it could also be from one of the other Nordic countries. I am interested in such a knife for general camping, canoeing and outdoor use and very much like the Fin/Denmark style. Thanks.

I think most puukko blades are forged, so that won't be a hard criteria to meet. Your biggest problem now is to find something that you like and fits your budget.

I like Ahti knives. I think they're a solid value and are good-looking to boot. Here's a couple of pictures of my Juhla.

Whatever you choose, the utility of a good puukko is hard to deny. My Juhla, with the sheath, weighs less than a Buck 110. When on my belt I can barely tell it's there.

All Finnish and all offering good working and reasonably priced puukkot. There are of course other more specialized and costly makers as well.

Ragweedforge sells a lot of Finn knives and blades. Kellam also sells a lot.

I have also purchased Finnish blades from Ben's Backwoods and Thompson's Scandinavian to make my own knives.
