I'd totally forgotten about this one. I happened to be looking through the pictures on an old SD card that I had used in my camera quite awhile ago and saw that I had taken a picture of this one. I couldn't remember having it but I knew I must have because I had taken one picture of it. That sent me on a search and this morning I located it.

It's pretty cool, a 110 with a mirror polished, Aurum etched 426 blade. The etch says 1959 to 1984 and the knife was purchased in '85 so there's no date stamp. The COA and the number on the blade (055/250) don't match, so there was a mix up there. :grumpy:

Until I get the paperstone BCCI knives, this is the only drop point "110" that I have. Sorry for the blurry tang stamp shot. There wasn't much light this morning plus I had a case of the coffee shakes!

I thought you got a BCCI Sambar Stag drop point 110 from Flatlander. I remember it (Maybe I forget, but I thought it was you) because I was on the verge of getting it, thinking "hhmmm can I afford it ... should I or should I not?" and then you answered the question for me. :D

Wow, you're right. You keep better track than I do, I'd completely forgotten that one also. Makes me wonder what else I have buried in there!

Very nice looking knife there Dave, if you need help looking around the house, I may know some one that might help. ;) ;) :) HL

Another cool knife Dave.:) That's funny,I'm the same way.I was working on an old truck the other day and found my watch under it that I lost 5 months ago. After laying on the ground all summer,I wiped the dirt off it and it was still keeping perfect time. Kinda reminds me of that joke> You might be a redneck if< You're out mowing your lawn one morning in September and you find the car you reported as stolen last July.
