Previously, there were several threads that touched on this subject. I did a search and came up empty-handed. Apparently, the how-to pictures have vanished with time.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

A Multiple Overhand Knot is, in my (pretty experienced knot-tying) opinion, better than the Hangman's Noose that Chris Reeve uses on his knives.

The difference is the way the last coil cinches down on the tail of the Hangman's Noose versus the way the tail is routed down the center of the knot in the M.O.K. It is far less likely to ever come undone, with the latter knot.

Instructions for tying the Multiple Overhand Knot can be found in any number of the scores of knot books available.
