Forming one knife.
This is the exhibition of works produced before.
Now paste to paste the production process.
I hope to have wanted to produce this type of knife

First of all, first forging steel in this way.
[Do not use an alternative. Previously did not shoot]

首先先將鋼材鍛造成這個樣子.
[用別把替代.先前沒拍到]

Mo Chu and then a knife outside the embryo.​

然後磨出刀子外部雛型.

Mo Chu knife root gap. Wear hand-shun
磨出刀根落差.護手磨順

Abrasive blade. Coarse grinding
刀刃研磨.粗磨

Heat Treatment.

熱處理.

Tempering. Tempering Blade
回火.刀背回火

Flank fine grinding with sandpaper.

Fine completion of the entire flank.
刀面整個細磨完成.

Looks like Amboyna burl with sap-wood. If you can find a piece that's half and half like that (or most any burl) it's a gorgeous look.
