Forum housecleaning

The forum had gotten really cluttered with stickies, so I've done a bit of cleaning. Some, like the contest threads (and the contests themselves), have been closed since they haven't gotten much a response, but I'll leave others such as the steels thread open (but un-stickied). The "Hot Off the Bench" thread will stay, as will the link to the contact info and shipping address for DDR/HTM.
