Forum keeps prompting me to sign in each time

The past several days the forum keeps asking to sign in and trust for the next 30 days but only on my iPad?
not sure why this is happening just now

Think I sorted it out the iPad was opening a new window and so it was new everything

Actually what was happening is that I accidentally hit the Private button and that made it so every tab I opened afterwards had no auto fill so each one was just like being there for the first time!
reason I know? It did it again this morning and I paid more attention to what happened and sorted it out
