Forum Knife Question

I have a few questions. Do you need a paid membership to order one of the forum knives? How do you get on the list to order one?Who designs the knife? Is it always a folding knife? How long has there been an annual forum knife? Any clues what the next one will be? Thanks!

I will add that you don’t need to be a paid member, but it helps to be a known and trusted member active in the porch (the traditional knife sub forum) in particular. The management makes an attempt to vette the buyers to prevent knife flippers from profiting from the run. Also, there is no guarantee that one will happen each year. While it has for, I think, 12 years, the logistics of it require a vendor to do a lot of work for no profit. So, just go over, talk, have a good time and be patient and let’s see what happens!
