Forum not letting me post pics.

Forum is not allowing me to post pictures. Has something changed or is it just a glitch?

Did you perhaps have a paid membership that expired?

Can't post pics directly without one.

I have always used a hosting sight, but the tab on the toolbar doesn’t do anything when I try to click on it. Actually, the toolbar itself has a dim appearance as if my access to posting pictures has been removed.

I think I know the issue. Check out the screen shot below. Click the 3 dots and then the bracket symbol. That should bring the toolbar back to normal.
