Forum permissions question

Hey I was just wondering; I saw these two threads in Shop Talk posted as "Moved" and I'm unable to view them, says I don't have permission and I was just curious where they are/came from and what permissions I'm lacking. It's not a big deal, I'm just curious.

Those threads were moved offline due to some violation of the rules for that section. The location to where the threads were moved is inaccessible to everyone except moderators.
