Forum recommendation for Custom built knife

I got a query on my website from someone who wants to have a Custom knife made.

I * thought * there was a specific forum which took into account other's design's, and not C&HK.

Or do I direct him there? I looked at the forum list and could not seem to find what I though I'd remembered.
