I have been asked a lot what are the typical knives carried down range. I can not speak for everyone nor would I want to but these are what I carry. Although most knives found in the Stan or Iraq are going to be one of the following. SOG, Ka-Bar, Gerber Gators, Benchmades or CRKTs. Some less common brands out here are Spyderco and Cold Steel. Almost everyone here has a folder on them and a lot of people carry some kind of a fixed blade on their kit. For those who have previously served down range what was most common?
