Foster Bros. Solid Steel 2190 Cleaver

I bought a Foster Bros. Solid Steel 2190 Cleaver for ( $ 43.00 ).
I'm hoping someone might know the date or time period of manufacture.
The cleaver has small rivets and does NOT have the "Fulton Brand" stamp.
Anyone know when they changed to the large rivets ?
