Found a Chinese Buck I Like

The Silver Creek folding fillet is a well-executed and ergonomic design. Great lock-up. Flexible blade. I'm impressed.
I'm taking this one fishing tomorrow, and if I'm able, I'll get some pictures of it being used.

Got one and love it. Bought a dozen for friends, gone in days. Everyone I know loves that model.

The Silver Creek filet knives are great. I don't care for the coating on the blade but that can come off with a gray wheel. The 420J2 steel is just ok. It dulls after a half dozen large cat fish but sharpens back fairly quickly. I mostly use it as a bait knife. I prefer the USA made Buck fillet knives.
