Recently I posted that while I've loved every Spyderco fixed blade, that after trying numerous Spyderco folders I'd never found one that fit my hand plus had a lock that worked well for me both left and right handed and was easy to close one handed.(Except of of course my beloved Harpy G-10, I'm willing to make exceptions for it)
I got some good suggestions from responses but most ignored my dislike for lock backs.
Recently in a trade I got a Goddard Lightweight in perfect condition. It fits my hand and the front style (I believe Al Mar first used this in production knives) lock back works great. This is an excellent knife. I realize that it is out of production but I'll keep an eye out for similar Spyderco folder designs.
