I found this tool in the road. Is this made in the USA? Are all of them made in the USA? This one has a replaceable saber saw blade.

No markings on the other side. Appears to have a faint serial number laser etched on it.
 
You found a Gerber MP600. These are great tools. Often referred to as the AK-47 of the Multitool world. I think your version is called pro scout. Give it a good cleaning with some isopropyl alcohol and scrubbing with an old toothbrush. Then some oil for the pivots and it will most likely give you a decade or more of faithful service. Congrats on the new to you tool. The MP600 is American made.

I been carrying one for years, only problem with them is the wire cutter has a insert that breaks
