I didn't know what else to do with them, didn't really want them ending up at the dump , didn't want anyone paying Goodwill for this crap, and didn't want to dump them on my cousin, so this was my solution.

It should be the perfect piece of yard art to sit next to the rose bush and the rubber cobra my uncle made for my grandmother's garden 30 years ago.

You can test how long it takes the stainless steel to rust. :D I guess that black thing is the cobra. I honestly would rather just trash them as opposed to what you've done.
Yeah , he poured it out of molten rubber I believe. Possibly some black PVC or something would make sense since he is a plumber.

These knives belong in the garbage, but I don't want someone to find them in the trash and take them home :D
I'd rather have them rust away in my yard then have someone try to use them.

I would dull the blades, drill them, then make a mobile.
Call it Flying Daggers.
Hell maybe I go to the flea market and do it.
Wait.
Not sure the flea market is open,

You just armed 5 raccoons with deadly weapons.

I would take the second one from the left... It could be a decent utility knife for the shop (cutting dirty gritty crap). Provided the steel is not pot metal and it is hardened to some extent!

I concurr, the knives are best disposed instead of letf there. You could try to get some parts from them for future projects (guard, pomels, etc.)

If you're worried about someone trying to use them if you throw them away, just break them first

They are knives, so I would use them as such. They may not be the best, but they can certainly help with gardening and other dirty jobs. Leaving them out to rust is wasteful, can result in some kid hurting themselves with them. If nothing else, use them to teach someone how to sharpen their knives.

They look perfect
For selling at a flea market :p:p:p:D

I’m assuming you live in the country and have zero kids in your neighborhood. Otherwise I’d call that irresponsible and a possible liability.
