Found a knife, anyone know what model?

I was walking my dog the other day and found a knife on the ground. believe it or not, this isn't a surprise. Just the past few months I have found 4 knives, 2 mag lights, and even some meth pipes(I do live in Garland TX at the moment..they were thron away). Usually nothing good, except this knife. It has been used a lot. Not too sharp, but overall in good shape. The scales appear to be some type of bone.

Im really just curious what make and model this knife is. Pretty sure it's a Smith&Wesson. Just not sure which model. Any help would be appreciated. I also added a photo of another knife I found, and broke before trashing...

Thanks for the help. Ya, I plan on getting it sharpened, as its pretty dang dull now. After that I will add to it my edc backup supply. Will pair well with my Large Sebenza's.
 
Seems to be part of a set along with an "Oasis" modern folder (which the busted-up one doesn't seem to be).

New sets are all over the internet with an MSRP of $50. You came out ahead. :D Sharpen 'er up and toss 'er in a pocket!
