I wanted to tell you about an awesome horizontal sheath that I have been using for a couple of weeks now. I prefer the 91mm VIC SAKS but some of the thicker ones can be uncomfortable in the pocket and the normal VIC sheaths I find to be too large. Plus, I prefer horizontal carry on the belt.
This TAD-S2 sheath from Triple Aught Design Gear is very compact, well made and seems to be less noticeable than a vertical sheath. It was a snug fit for my VIC Handyman (1.05 thick) but with use is now perfect. I attached a Photon to help me pull it out. I dont think that any SAK thicker than the Handyman will fit in it, though. My SwissChamp definitely did not.
The website says that the Leatherman Juice models will fit it too. I believe that you can only get this sheath from TAD and I received perfect service from them. Here's the link:
