Found a ton of fake stuff online. Is there a way to report this?

Wife buys fabric from China and showed me a website with a ton of fake stuff. Para Military 2 knock offs, Striders and ZTs. Really irritating. I don't know if anything can be done, but I figured this would be a good place to ask. Do I post a link?
